Why My User Is Not Connecting?

1. Check user password at Radius Attributes section in user profile.

2. Check user expire date.

3. Check user pool (if you set any pool to user then make sure same pool created in Mikrotik).

4. Make sure radius server is running. Check in server info page. Restart if not running.

5. Check if you have set any other Radius Attributes like Calling-Station-ID, Framed-IP-Address etc.
